Welded wire mesh

Welded wire mesh is a steel reinforcement material in concrete. The mesh is used for replacing the traditional "cut & bend" and placing of steel thermo-mechanical treated bars. The mesh is an electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing. Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product results in considerable savings in time, labor and money.

Our Welded Wire Mesh panels are made of superior quality welded wire, manufactured according to British Standard BS4483 as well as the American Standard ASTM A615 GR60. It's electronically welded at every intersection. It enjoys the feature of corrosion resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance. According to the requirement we are manufacturing the following welded wire mesh:

1. Standard Welded Wire Mesh
It has standardized cross section and overall dimensions. This is specified in the British Standard with BS 4483 – 4.80 m x 2.40 m, also as per the American Standard ASTM A615 GR60 and various sections in different grade. Since standard Wire Mesh can be used at any site, it is manufactured in large quantities and is readily available in our stock.

2. Special Welded Wire Mesh
Special wire mesh is tailor made to order of specific project and in such cases, the specification comprise of long/cross bar pitches, overall length/width, over hangs and has been adjusted precisely to meet the needs of the design. These mesh in ready to place condition and additional trimming or material loss can be avoided.
